                                                    Group B  1:00pm -  3:00pm

AGES 4-5 Group A   &  AGES  6-15 Group B

• Dedicated, Professional and Experienced Trainers
• Indoor Turf Field
• Latest Training Techniques
• Beginners to Advanced

                (players will be grouped by age and skill level)

          20-30 minutes of speed/agility and conditioning per session.

• Skills, Turns and Moves
• Passing and Receiving
• Speed Dribbling
• Defending
• Shooting, Crossing and Heading
• Goal Tending

            (Power/Accuracy)

            (Long/Short Range Shooting)

            (Finishing)

• Small sided games/Low player to student ratio

***Please wear you shin guards, turf shoes or sneakers and bring a ball.

               Lil’ foot Soccer (Ages 2-6)

• Players will develop quicker reflexes, attention awareness, coordination and balance as they learn specific soccer skills (dribbling, passing, ect.)
• Staff is CPR and breakaway Training School certified
• Players receive T-shirts, soccer balls, Give-a-ways, Medal at graduation
• Program include 10 one-hour sessions on our indoor turf
